Project Proposal. Treneere Regeneration.
To regenerate the Leskudjak Hill/Treneere/Haemoore in West Penwith, Cornwall. Approximate number of households = 1,000 New houses, cafes, shop/s, centres. Encourage practical learning via: Purchase and repurposing of the college. Possibly a new building/s for educational/training purposes. Encouraging excellent trainers to spend time in the area and possibly relocate/purchase a second home here. End state. The area becomes a stunningly beautiful and pleasant place to live with a reputation for being a 'centre of excellence' for all things 'quantum' and truthful. Hopefully demolish all the 'new world' buildings, do necessary excavation work and then rebuild them amazingly well. Hopefully residents will be receptive to the plan and allow us to proceed. This would require them to move out of the area for a while. One way to achieve this would be to pay for their new house and provide temporary housing (holiday time) for when we are demolishing/excavating. $1 bil
